The only reason I came here was for Dr. Birken. I have been gong here for 3-4 years and saw him once. You are a number to this office. You see him one time and then are pawed off on other people. No one tells you this. No one also tells you that whomever you get the next time to review your labs are all priced differently. One person is $300 to see and another $250 and another who even knows because no one had ever given me the options upfront. Numbers listed to call in don't work. Calls don't get returned. Amazing staff, amazing, caring Dr.! I’ve never emailed the doctors office a question and had the doctor be the one to email me back until Dr. Birken. Extremely professional, very quick to respond, and straightforward information, just as you expect.
Great experience. Friendly, professional staff. Dr. Birken went above and beyond explaining things to me. He took his time listening and addressing all my questions and concerns.
