Amazing staff, amazing, caring Dr.! I’ve never emailed the doctors office a question and had the doctor be the one to email me back until Dr. Birken. Extremely professional, very quick to respond, and straightforward information, just as you expect.
Great experience. Friendly, professional staff. Dr. Birken went above and beyond explaining things to me. He took his time listening and addressing all my questions and concerns.
Doctor Birken is very thorough and will answer all questions. I saw him maybe twice. He did the initial consultation. I’ve been a patient now since 2017. I see Diane his NP who is AMAZING twice a year to review my labs. I tried the oral stuff, pellets too. But the compounded gel worked best for me. I titrate it to my needs. I think having an actual OBGYN taking care of hormone needs is very important to me. Individualized hormone therapy requires a delicate balance only a doctor should be qualified to manage.
