My experience has not been good. The staff is negligent when it comes to getting requested documents to specialist. Multiple calls to this office left me getting calls from said specialist letting me know they have not been contacted. Dr. Roland seems to be nice man, but he is severely lacking in the knowledge and experience department. From telling me low iron/ferritin is not a problem, to not cautioning me on being pre-diabetic, I knew I had to be very careful. Finally, getting prescription refills is like pulling teeth. I can’t say enough how good of a doctor that Dr Roland is. He listens, he gets straight to the point and answers any and all questions you have. I leave each time with a clear understanding and a plan set in place. A+
