HIPAA violations made by clinic staff. I tried to report the error for them to correct the issue. Left on hold for 15 min and no one got back to me. Ensure you verify the phone number before leaving PHI on an unconfirmed line... clients deserve the dignity you promise on your recorded message
Never been treated so poorly for being double insured... they are punishing us and having us pay an extra almost $6.00 for every shot and $50.00 for the serum.... the billing department is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have talked to my insurance and yes they have a choice what contracted amount to use but really the higher one..... would not recommend anyone to go here. I am trying to get my husband to change Dr after 3 years because this is the second time I've had to deal with them on a biking issue...long story sh... read more
