I called to schedule an appointment and was greeted by a friendly voice. I explained that I had an emergency and had found their practice by searching my insurances directory. After hearing which which insurance, she placed me on hold, then came back and told me she would have to call me back, and never did. No thanks

As a new patient they scheduled me 6 weeks out; the week before they cancelled the appointment but I only found out because I called to confirm my appointment. They tried to reschedule me for 4 months out. Seem like nice people but the organizational operations is unprofessional at best.

Dr. Medefesser and his support staff are exceptional. The quality and efecency of the work, the kind inviting spirit of the team and the thoughtfulness that goes into everything they do makes them the best possible choice for dental work and procedures. I am thankful to be a part of this practice. The team is kind and easy to work with. I am not knowledable in detal stuff and they do a great job of informing me and helping me out. I had an excellent cleaning here and learned a lot as well. They are doing a crown for me and have been very helpful in working out all the details. The front desk is kind and punctual. I have been a Santa cruz local for 7 years and this is my forever dentist! Thanks again for all the help!
