The first hint was that the front door was filthy with grime from many hands. The treatment room did not have the standard plastic covering over the surfaces that the hygienist or DDS would touch. The dental exam light had layers of splashes and smudges. The room was not clean. This was not to the cleanliness standard I had experienced at other dental offices. I was afraid of the potential for transmission of disease. I refused treatment and will not return.
Been waiting for an appointment for close to two months now, last minute was asked if I can reschedule to accommodate their schedule. Called them back with no answer and left a voicemail saying I could. No one listened to said voice and rescheduled me for a new appointment without giving me an appointment time. Unfortunately could not make it and now they tell me soonest is September. And that they’re busy. Dr Medefesser is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is patient, gentle and kind. He explains what he is doing and why. He truly cares about his patient's dental health. He doesn't try to up sell unnecessary procedures.
