Horrible bedside manner. Was very dismissive of my concerns with my back, refused to update my MRI and CT that hadn’t been done since 2020 . He made my visit about my family history and not my particular care . I ended up in ER recently for the same back issues I presented to him with and I was taken back for an emergency surgery on my back after new MRI showed a severely herniated disc .
Done really well with my mother he showed genuine concern.
Quick, thorough, and straight-to-the-point
Mr. Stahly represented all of what many of us see every day with the horrible medical community. His lack of bedside manner, compassion and professionalism made our visit a waste of time. Our family felt rushed and unimportant. We were referred to him from primary care. He only directed his comments to men and disregarded women. Dr. Stahly was very professional. He did not try to discount the previous 3 ENT diagnosis but did give his diagnosis that somewhat agreed with parts of their findings. Since my first visit 11 days ago and following his prescribed exercises I have only had I brief episode with my BPPV dizziness. His training as an OD guides his emphasis on diet and exercise as I have experienced with a previous OD. No new meds.
