Dr McShine was professional, punctual and thorough. He actually introduced himself when he entered the room. He listened attentively and asked pertinent questions not just looked at his computer screen throughout the appointment. I asked for a couple other labs to be ordered on my behalf and he ordered them immediately. No push back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Not an easy place to deal with. The front desk staff don't say the name of the office when they answer the phone... just "hello" and are very rude when I inquired whether or not I reached the correct place. Even when I asked for a supervisor they transferred me to the operator, who also answered the phone... "hello". I work in another doctors office and when trying to get a referral for a mutual patient, got disconnected several times and no one seemed to know what a "referral" is. I can't imagine being a patient here.
去年社会服务部门一部份的人态度非常不好，现在好像有改变、最近几次去这里、好像有礼貌了，之前医生和前台态度也不是很好、这里是华人医院、为什么态度这么差、去办理医疗卡卡或者看病的都是不懂英文的、你们不尽力去帮助他们、还那么大的脾气，请问你们觉得丢脸吗？
