John Manship is a nice older gentleman who has been doing this work for a long time. I had a relatively quick problem to solve and he squeezed me in on Saturday. He arrived, did the job, charged a fair rate, bought some girl scout cookies and went off to do the next next job.
We received incredibly prompt, helpful, thorough experience. John was incredibly kind to come out the same day I called, and took time to help me understand the root of the problem, fix the problem, and taught me ways to prevent it in the future. Highly recommend!

John was wonderful! He was professional, thorough, great to chat with, and does honest work. We called the morning of due to no hot water. He called us back quickly and said he could squeeze us in between some other jobs. He fixed our igniter and recommended getting a water heater with in the next 1-2 years. Ours was 43 years old and he said they typically run about 20 years. We will definitely be calling him back for that service! Highly recommend!!
Gave my mom his number from Google. Just wanted to support local business. He asked her to call him on a certain day. She did. He didn’t answer. When he did call her, he asked her to call him back on a different day AGAIN! We are moving on. So much for supporting local!
