My aunt has been to this doctor twice and requested a referral to an ENT, he tells her they have a nurse to clean ears that is well trained. This is dangerous for a doctor to say and shows he does not care about the well being of his patients. Anyone with hearing issues and hard wax buildup needs a specialist.
My 81 year old mother who suffers from dementia had an appointment with this doctor at 1:00 on Thursday 8-23-18. She has had surgery on her lumbar spine after a fall in April and has been in pain most days ever since requiring a walker to walk. Now recently she has been getting sick to her stomach and vomiting sometimes after she eats. She got sick today, right before her appointment and it caused her to be 10 minutes, they refused to see her. more to say...no room
Dr Horn takes the time needed to discuss any concerns. He is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. His front desk staff is not very friendly and the waiting room is dark and faded, but he makes up for it.
