Seriously the worst experience at this doctor’s office. I’m sorry to say but the front desk receptions are utterly useless. I’ve called them time and time back again to get answers and they constantly dismissed my questions and told me they would call me back. I never got a call back. They are like children who you need to keep reminding to stay in touch with their JOB.
Very disappointed with the front desk staff. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we politely asked when it would be our turn, she didn’t respond directly but instead snapped at us with “go back to your seat” in a disrespectful tone. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a medical environment where patients already feel stressed. Basic courtesy, professionalism, and communication skills are expected from someone in her position. I hope the clinic addresses this issue seriously.
Been seeing dr. Mann since I was a kid. Great dr. Who cares about his patients.
Such a great doctor , has been my family doctor for 30+ years .
