Dr. Wolff was referred to us by a relative. My mom hadn't seen a dentist in a long time. We easily made an appointment for a convenient time and day. The receptionist was patient, kind and friendly. Even though we arrived late, we received a warm welcome and no criticism. The hygienist was excellent and did a great job cleaning my elderly mother's teeth. I first found Dr Wolff for my elderly mother, after doing my homework to find the best area dentist for her. I knew she needed a lot of work done and her typical phobia of dentists plus her physical conditions made visits a challenge. But she could not have landed up in better hands!! After assessing everything, he actually gave me a call after work to discuss 2 possible ways to proceed after thinking about things, wanting to do the most conservative yet effective treatment plan for her.
