Dr.Yockey, I am now 11 months post c section. I want you to know how amazing you are! After my first c section i was terrrified. However, you allowed me to have such an amazing experience. I thak you i truly do!
I always feel safe & comfortable with Dr. Yockey. She is kind and compassionate while also being thorough about any health concerns.
Have been a patient of Dr Yockeys for 14 years, have delivered 2 babies and also had her perform an endometrial ablation. She has always been the absolute best doctor, smart amazing, kind, the best bed side manner; however her front desk staff (her gate keepers and most important staff, always held to the highest regard), has ruined her business . As much as I love Dr. Yockey, I have to leave this review. After moving to this new location, everything has changed and truly sucked! The front desk is ran by unprofessional bozos who clearly have no experience with customer service, communication skills and organization. They never answer the phone or get back to your voicemails. My appointment was scheduled months in advance to see Dr. Yockey at her new location. I was very content with this practice since 2020. Since they've moved offices I've had nothing but problems. My birth control prescription was late by a week twice which forced me to restart the pack and threw my hormones into overdrive and I had to make several phone calls over and over to make sure they were even doing something about it. On top of this - during my appointment Dr Yockey's phone was sitting on the side going off the entire appointment.
