Dr. Jafri is absolutely the best doctor I have ever met. She always goes out of her way to provide me help, which is why I have been under her care for 26 years and have never had a single complaint. She is very attentive and patiently listens to any health issues I have. It is professional, caring physicians like her that make her outstanding. Waited almost 90 minutes. She did not seem interested in test results I brought in for review and discussion. Needed refills that I did not receive and had to call to get afterwards.
Most times the front desk service is cordial: last visit the agent did not even make eye contact I think some sensitivity training is needed. Nurses are always excellent. Less than 5-minute wait; Dr. Jafri is knowledgeable but slow in delivery of information. It's just her way and I have grown accustomed to her method of delivery. I trust her; routine consultation with physician is always conducted amicably and efficiently.
