Dr Ramzi and all of the office staff do a great job and I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
Initially, scheduling was easy and the front desk seemed nice. But when I tried to book a follow-up, things went downhill. The doctor said my daughter could see another provider, yet the front desk was rude and refused to schedule that way. They didn’t confirm with the doctor and pushed the appointment months later—while my daughter’s cavities worsened. Their hours are very limited (only four days a week, no Saturdays), and during one visit they gave my child too much nitrous oxide—and my child felt high and felt dissociated... read more
