Kathleen Dass possibly saved my life by diagnosing me with asthma, two years ago. I find the staff reassuring & joyful, in a real way.
Office has absolutely no flexibility in payment of co-pays. I live over an hour away and sadly had my lost my other cards for complete payment. Unfortunately I was $3.00 short for my co-pay and instead of this office working with me, Dr Dass said no and opted for a reschedule. Any human person that would be this petty is not even worth building a relationship with. Appointment cancelled over $3 bucks. Dr. Kathleen is an excellent allergy and asthma Dr. She really listens to you and tries different therapies and medications to get you to your best. I'm thankful that I found her.
