I see Dr. Ramona in Niles,,Im 63 and she is the best Dr. I've ever had. She listens, she explains everything n she cares,,Im a lil different, lol, but she takes me with a grain of salt, lol. I love this Dr and she definitely knows what she's doing.
She's the only Doctor out of 4 PCP's I tried that actually took the time with me to explain things, answer questions and ask me what I needed. I am very thankful for her approach. She's realistic in her expectations and thoughtful when answering questions. She has an empathetic quality about her.
Great Doctor's! Terrible Terrible office help. It's a week long job to get any of my medications filled. Then when they fill it, it is often wrong medication or dosage. Every Single Month I go through hell trying to get my medicine filled. I am chronically ill (bad kidneys) and the last thing I need and want is more stress. The office help needs a great desl of work. Because of the incompetence, I will have to find a new doctor. I constantly go without my life sustaining medications. And that cannot happen anymore.
