Horrible experience starting with the office staff. Veronica constantly argues with patients. I explained my answer to Veronica, that was not good enough as she kept asking the same question over and over again. I asked to speak to someone else and Veronica said, "I am the manager". So next step is to complain to the doctor and my insurance company. I feel Dr. Krutzik prolonged my care on purpose to collect my medical insurance. Dr. Krutzik will not see patients in person. No atiende en persona , sus llamadas son de 5 min , y siempre te manda a cobro por colección porque no tiene cómo cobrarte porque no tiene oficina abierta y los teléfonos no los contestan para poder pagar . Tiene muy poco interés en sus pacientes .
complete disinterest in me as a patient, wouldn't even explain labs when i asked. kept bringing up my medicare payment, to the point i wondered if this was why i couldn't get any help from her. staff is also very rude.
