Dr Rami Nader is an excellent psychologist who has helped me to make life changing adjustments to my thought process to overcome challenges with anxiety. I will forever be grateful for what this has meant to my quality of life.
I highly suggest his videos on YouTube, he has been very helpful to me in understanding my anxiety, sadly I live in California and wish he was local to my city but his videos are helping me plenty as well. Thanks Dr. Nader for all you do.
