This office and staff is on another level! Absolutely loved the service, attention to details, the friendliness and sweetness of the staff including the doctor. Dr. Rami has such an amazing personality. He takes his time, explains what the process entails and is funny, great sense of humor. This dentist does not care about his patient’s pain, he will send you to the ER, he said in his dental practice in 10 years he has never prescribed pain medication under any circumstances. I currently have two infections, I had a root canal procedure done a couple days ago and another one scheduled for tomorrow that I’m canceling. I have taken antibiotics, steroids, and over the counter medication for the last 1-2 weeks. He did not give me any medication for pain after the procedure and I didn’t ask for any. Dr. Elsabee and his staff did a wonderful job on a pretty challenging root canal. With a constant flow of information and care. The practice is fairly new and the state of the art technology. Superb work. Highly recommended.
What an amazing experience my visit to this office was!! From the time I walked in the door a little nervous and in pain to the time I left I never doubted I was in the right place! Not only was the Dr. amazing and kind the entire staff is warm and friendly. I will remain a loyal patient to this practice and will absolutely be referring my loved ones here as well.
First time I called the office Brittany was so nice and attentive over the phone. After arriving in the office, the office setting and staff you begin to feel that you're in a welcoming atmosphere and feel comfortable and I also loved the office design and color.
