I wish I could rate it a zero. I've been going to this facility for 5 years..maybe longer..It was better when they answered the phone from the office. Now they have an answering service to relate messages. Sonya is suppose to be a manager..She doesn't manage a damn thing..She is and always has been Unprofessional..Disrespectful..and Lazy. They manage this place like its government agency that’s giving handouts. I will never set foot in there again.
Sonia the office manager is not only unprofessional and Incompetent but has the worst attitude. I've called multiple times and left her several messages on her voicemail and with her staff. Finally, I had to complain to the doctor ! She finally calls me back and has the nerve to say she "never got any of my messages". YEA OK ! Dr. Samuel has consistently demonstrated patience and dedication to my care. I extend special gratitude to Sonia, the office manager, for her diligent efforts in assisting with paperwork and prior authorizations for both myself and my mother.
