Went there today the staff is very rude and then they never told me not to let my son take Zyrtec five days before the appointment. The Dr. was nice but the staff front desk very rude. Then they reschedule the appointment don’t even bother asking me for a date and time just create an appointment on a date that doesn’t even work for me. I am going to a different Dr. in Midland so far the office staff are nice and professional.
This man shouldn’t have a license. Not only is he incredibly disrespectful, particularly to women, but he is completely out of touch with modern medicine and has a skewed understanding of the human body. Don’t visit this office. Just don’t.
This Dr. is great! Always had positive experiences with him and staff.
Dr avula is amazing! However his front desk staff is horrible and rude! His manager is even worse! My son has been seeing Dr avula since he was 5 because of his breathing they couldn't do anything until he turned 1. (We see him with my other children too and have forv6 years) Hes now 1 and they canceled his appointment because we don't have insurance even though I explained that I'd pay out of pocket same day! I have had good experiences here at the Mount Pleasant location. My allergies have improved immensely. The medication regimen Dr. Avula recommended has helped a lot.
