My experience with Dr. Rambabu Chalasani was excellent. He was knowledgeable, thorough and took time to explain my test results and next steps in a way that was easy to understand. I appreciated his calm and caring manner, as well as his willingness to answer all my questions. I left confident in his care. Thank you, Dr. Rambabu Chalasani and staff.
Staff was nice and professional. Location was clean and centrally located. But my reason for the low stars is the bedside manner of Rambabu Chalasani. I wasn’t too pleased when he interrupted multiple times when I was explaining my symptoms. Look this is a service and understand they need to see clients, but waiting room was empty not many people and felt rushed as if I was just the next number and he needed to leave. I think my visit with him was less than 5 minutes.
He misdiagnosed my stage 4 cancer. - 100 stars.
Dr. Chalasani listens to his patients, very easy to talk to his nurse assistance is really good to call you back. Overall great experience since I started seeing him.
Nurse Amy is so nice amd friendly. Dr. Chalasani is thurough and friendly and nurturing. Such a nice facility with hardly any wait time. Highly recomend.
