Staff was nice and professional. Location was clean and centrally located. But my reason for the low stars is the bedside manner of Rambabu Chalasani. I wasn’t too pleased when he interrupted multiple times when I was explaining my symptoms. Look this is a service and understand they need to see clients, but waiting room was empty not many people and felt rushed as if I was just the next number and he needed to leave. I think my visit with him was less than 5 minutes.
He misdiagnosed my stage 4 cancer. - 100 stars.
Dr. Chalasani listens to his patients, very easy to talk to his nurse assistance is really good to call you back. Overall great experience since I started seeing him.
Nurse Amy is so nice amd friendly. Dr. Chalasani is thurough and friendly and nurturing. Such a nice facility with hardly any wait time. Highly recomend.
