Absolutely terrible experience. The front desk is rude, disorganized, and constantly misplaces medical records. Dr. Bangalore doesn’t seem to know or care about his patients, and he pushes unnecessary tests and procedures just to bill insurance excessively. He doesn’t listen, and the entire practice feels like a scam. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this office.
Customer service here is the WORST! Anyone you speak to has no clue on what they are doing, we have to do their job, very money hungry. Dr B is great but his employee's need training.

The fact that this individual is charged with caring for patients with potentially life threatening disease is an absolute outrage and travesty!! After supposedly treating a patient for over a year who was hospitalized several times for her condition while under his care, he has absolutely NO idea or interest whatsoever in knowing what is going on with her case.
