Did not take my concerns regarding my treatment seriously, especially with my blood pressure. Everything was because of chemo without any solutions to rectify the problem. Was very slow with refilling prescriptions. Didn't return calls and the staff was extremely rude while going through chemo.
Dr. Rama is kind, knowledgeable, and will give you the best advice you can possibly get. She works closely with our doctors at the Mayo Clinic and all of her recommendations have been EXACTLY inline with them. Dr. Rama and her team are exceptional, we are thankful to have them on our side here in Las Cruces.
It's so annoying to have appointment at one hour and be attended after 3 hours, there's no respect about patients time. 😔
