Staff was rude, scheduling was like pulling teeth. Staff blames you for every issue. And appointments are more like vague suggestions. We arrived and checked in and did not get called in until an hour and a half after our time. Doctor didn’t seem to care, and we never got our follow up even after asking repeatedly.
Dr Rama is exemplary in her knowledge and patient care. I also call her staff my Earthly Angels. They have been nothing but kind and responsive to me in all situations. I highly recommend Dr Rama
Didn't even get a chance to use this Doctor. The initial patient scheduler Sandy or Sandra is just nasty. She asked for Robin. I gave her my correct name. She said WELL YOU SAID ROBIN. (pretty sure I didn't since that's not my name) When called to make an appointment she refused to look up when they got my referral. She told me they didn't have one when in fact they did. I seen her today for the first time she listened to my issues and is going to get me where I need to be with the help I need ASAP all good so far...
