TLDR: Dr. Rama waited over a month to provide us with a stage 4 cancer diagnoses. We got the news two days before Christmas. My mom was diagnosed with a cancerous cyst in her pancreas following an ultrasound in July, further testing at other facilities, and finally a biopsy in El Paso. The biopsy confirmed it was cancerous and recommended we go to Mayo for further testing. Not the best Dr. I have seen. I found the Dr. rude on my first visit. I would never go back. Now, I am driving 6 hours to go to another Dr. I trust. This Dr. needs to drop her ego and remember her job is one of service.
