I would leave 0 stars if I could. I cannot comment on Dr El Sugy's skills or knowledge because I was never able to do the procedure with him because they never called me after 3 years of waiting. I was referred to Dr El Sugy from the hospital. I met with him in March 2022. I was looking to have an ovarian cyst removed. I was told that it may take around 8 months because of the back log of procedures after COVID. I was fine with that. Very bad experience. I am trying to call from so many time but staff is not receiving the call. Whereas any emergency they don't care about patients. Never try to reach this doctor.
