patient The office staff is unprofessional & the wait times are horrific. Giving benefit of the doubt we tried again and were in the office of two hours again- almost an hour of that was waiting to get into a room- it was horrible. I love the doctor & his willingness to listen but it is not worth it.
Unprofessional and Rude Staff Staff at the Cypress location of Dr. Rama Yerramsetti is the most unprofessional and rude. The nurses doesnt even let you complete your message and barge in rudely. These ladies are not worth working at the clinic and should be fired.
