I called and was answered by someone and their coworker having such a loud personal conversation in the background that I could hardly hear her, after my second question I could not hear the answer over the personal conversation and I said "I can't hear your voice, I can only hear someone talking about NFA" and she hung up on me. I called back immediately and was "third person in line." I am so discouraged facing absurd obstacles like this while trying to get medical care that isn't optional.

I was seeing Dr. Goyal for a number of years. Everytime I was there, she was disinterested in my issues, and would do everything she could to rush me out the door. On my final visit to her office, I was going through a particular rough patch in my life. While I was telling her about my recent struggles, she looked me dead in the eyes and said, "You seem to have a sense of self entitlement...which disgusts me". She's absolutely horrible, bad beside manner doesn't listen to her clients wishes. Do not recommend her at all.
