After having a pulmonary function test, I ask for the results from the staff, but they kept telling someone would call me. No one ever did, so I had to go to the office. After the follow up appointment a pulse oximeter was prescribed but not annotated so I had to call five times to get the device. After the test was complete oxygen was prescribed, but the durable device company does not accept VA coverage. Great Dr. As usual with anything to do with Cape Fear, communication is the absolute worst.
Dr. Bullard is an exceptional Doctor. my complaint is not against Dr. Bullard, it is about her staff

Very thorough, leaves no stone unturned. Dr . Bullard cares deeply for her clients and I trust her with my life.
I never got a visit. My physician referred me to this physician and all records were sent. They requested more records which were sent. I called the office a minimum of 4 times and they stated still looking at records. As a prostate cancer survivor, I take my health seriously. Never got a call back and ended up at Wake Med for a suprapubic line, a severe infection and now facing surgery in 8 weeks after they try to clear this infection.
He is definitely the Doctor to entrust with senior care. He is friendly, and has lots of patience with seniors. My mom is in her 80s and I was extremely pleased with the way he treated her as if she were his mom. We are a military family and wish we could take him with us to our next location.
He has been my urologist for several years and I trust him totally . I don't think he is in it just for the $, as he cares for his patients and makes sure his patients understand what is going on. I recommend him to anyone.
This office scheduled an appointment with my son well over a month ago. Most doctor office's give reminder calls before your appointment. This place did not. When I saw that my son had missed his appointment on yesterday and called to reschedule Dr. Appel refused to reschedule because of the missed appointment. Mind you this would have been the first time my son would have been seen. The staffing and the doctor were very rude even when I pointed out no reminder call was received. Unprofessional.
