I am a veteran who was a patient of Dr. Ralph Lim at the VA Medical Center in Phoenix Arizona. Dr. Lim is nothing but a true professional and a caring human being. I had a faulty cataract lens replacement by another doctor within that department that caused me to be blind for several days in the left eye. Dr. Lim immediately took urgent interest and replaced this defective lens with great care and kindness. I made an appointment at the Midwest Eye Center in Eastgate to have my eyes checked and to get a new eye glass prescription. I ordered glasses using the prescription given and it wasn't good. So I called the office and they told me to come back in to recheck it. I saw Dr. Kies both times and he was extremely rude. He told me not to go to his place for eye glass prescription because "he hated it". Why would you take an appointment if you can't give a correct prescription? came here with foggy vision, i had a lens put in i could read a book with this lens first thing i thought , there is only glasses that make you vision strong , i learnt that you can get lens to go the other way also. then both eyes where so far apart that had to take out the lens of the good eye. i got the right distance sight for that eye , the two eyes where still different so i got a free prescript for glasses and went and got them , they where the wrong prescript . i paid and got an eye test and finally got the right scr... read more
