Dr. Massi Dental was by far the worst dental experience I've ever had. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and lacking basic patient care. From the moment I walked in, I felt like just a number — not a person. The staff was dismissive and rushed, and Dr. Massi showed zero patience or empathy. Dr. Masi is an exceptional doctor and person. He has been my physician since childhood and now takes care of my own children as well. He is thorough and knowledgeable, and the support staff in his office are equally outstanding.
Doctor Massi is been my family doctor since 2006 and I can't ask for a better doctor and human been to trust. He always pay attention to all details. My kids love him ❤️ I also have to say Suzy and Jena are the best 👌 So happy to have him as my doctor 💓
Been going here forever, Dr. Masi is the best doctor I ever spoke too, takes care of me every time with honesty, respect, & never rude. The secretary’s are always polite, helpful, positive as well.
Dr Masi is the best doctor any patient could ask for. He’s been my doctor since I was a kid. As a teenager I suffered from anarexia and dr Masi saved my life if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be here today. He’s got a heart of gold he’s very patient and never makes me feel rushed. I’m forever grateful to him.
