Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was told by the office manager that the last time they had any lab work from me was February 2025. This is completely false. I have a processed bill from August 28, 2025 showing that I had a urine analysis done through their office. Instead of correcting their records, they blamed me for “refusing labs” and denied my prescription refill based on outdated and inaccurate information. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of communication and care I’ve received. In my experience, there is a serious lack of clear instruction from this office. I’ve been asked for multiple blood samples throughout the year without any explanation of why they were needed. On top of that, I was never told ahead of time that I needed to leave a urine sample. I’m giving one star because of the complete lack of communication and patient support. Dr. Laguardia left the state without notifying patients and without providing any backup staff or coverage. There was no plan in place for refills, follow-up appointments, or ongoing care. Patients were simply left without answers, and trying to get help has been impossible. This is not how a medical practice should operate, and the lack of responsibility and communication is extremely unprofessional. Very disappointing experience.
