Terrible service. I waited a long time for the doctor to see me, and when he finally did, it was only for five minutes—during which he didn't even have the results of my MRI. While the doctor went to retrieve them (yet another wait)... ultimately, he didn't give me any results at all. (I could hear him talking on the phone and laughing.) So much time was passing that I decided to just leave the office in frustration. I hope to find a new PCP and will NOT be returning to Dr. Ralph Laguardia.
