Left feeling violated. I had a first-time appointment and cleaning last month. During my visit, the dentist made a racist remark (saying something he thought was weird was "just some Indian thing"), made preachy comments about Creationism (told me it was barbaric to ever extract teeth and shamed me for having to get teeth removed previously because "God gave us the perfect amount of teeth and your last dentist must have thought he knew more than our God." Love Dr Garcia. The staff is friendly and Dr Garcia and staff work to make you as comfortable as possible. Very knowledgeable.

I called today to ask if they were accepting patients and the lady replied with Ya. No yes mam no professionalism at all just ya. She asked why I called and I told her I was diagnosed with TMJ. But wanted a 2nd opinion. She put me on hold. Came back and told me that it will cost me $2000.00 out of pocket at the time of visit. She was simply the rudest person, and The most unprofessional doctors office phone conversation I have had. This place has no organization, they’ve charge me for things I’ve already payed and take money away from my Insurance for services I never got. They cancel my appointments constantly and always in form me on my appointments late, not giving me enough time. Keep an eye out for these people and the amounts being charged to your account.
