Dr, Bennett's staff is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I spent all of today with the attempt to make an appointment. The schedulers treat you disrespectfully and are condescending when they speak to you. A patient in pain and cant function dont want to hear we are very busy - we have 9 office and we cant call you back.I made 5 phone calls today to them to try to get an appointment. This clinic has the rudest staff I have ever experienced at a professional medical facility. I was referred to their clinic by Dr. Daniel Duick and when I called to make an appointment, they wanted my insurance information. I gave the information and they said they didn't take it. I tried explaining that it was a federal policy and that anyone who took Medicare takes this insurance. They insisted they did not.
