This Dr ruined my life by misdiagnosing my myopathy documented by chronic 17 year history of high CK (500-4000) by claiming on my disability forms that it is fibromyalgia. Therefore, my company denied my claim blaming fibromyalgia to be caused by depression. Of course after 17 years of disability I had experienced loss of a high income career, my marriage, full custody to my young child and had experienced panic attacks and depression. Dr, Bennett's staff is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I spent all of today with the attempt to make an appointment. The schedulers treat you disrespectfully and are condescending when they speak to you. A patient in pain and cant function dont want to hear we are very busy - we have 9 office and we cant call you back.I made 5 phone calls today to them to try to get an appointment. Each time they tell me there is no referral from my doctor. I then hang up and call my doctor and they send over another referral. I call back and am to... read more

This clinic has the rudest staff I have ever experienced at a professional medical facility. I was referred to their clinic by Dr. Daniel Duick and when I called to make an appointment, they wanted my insurance information. I gave the information and they said they didn't take it. I tried explaining that it was a federal policy and that anyone who took Medicare takes this insurance. They insisted they did not.
