Not a friendly environment at all from the front desk & Beyond!
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Bassett! He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a doctor’s office and can’t recommend him enough. I’ll absolutely be coming back.
I can't express how much I enjoyed my experience. The front office staff were extremely nice and friendly. The doctor was a little bit behind, but the wait was absolutely worth it. Dr Bassett was very honest with me and cauterized my nose. He explained everything in detail before doing it and made sure I understood how to prevent them in the future. I recommended him to my family and they thoroughly enjoyed their experience as well. He only recommends surgery if it's absolutely necessary. A family member of mine went to a di... read more
Believe the other reviews. Dr. Bassett is extremely unpleasant and has a horrid bedside manner. He’s also dismissive and does not provide any kind of detail or explanation for exam results. Just tells you to take meds and come back in 3 months. Really unprofessional and rude. He also chose to argue about why I saw a different ENT 1 time when they were overbooked.
