Amazing doctors and nurses and staff, I’m so happy I went there and they took care of my problem.
We were referred to ENT. When I scheduled I made sure to ask questions to confirm he was the right doctor to see based on conditions. Very nice person. But extremely dismissive. It was basically a huge waist of time and money. Felt alone and lost again dealing with adenomas and cancer.
I had a terrible cough for the past 8 years -- literally coughing almost constantly to where I was losing my breath and my ribs were hurting. I had gone to quite a few doctors, including a Pulmonologist, but their advice didn't work. I was truly feeling like the end was near as no one could figure out what was wrong except that my husband and I witnessed my loss of breath, and constant headaches from coughing, even in the middle of the night. I guess I saw a different Ralph Bassett from the previous reviewer. I found him very down to earth, friendly and thorough. I had taken 89 year old mother to a different ENT last week who was totally condescending. Dr. Bassett was refreshingly nice. I'm taking mom to him. My experience was a 10.
