Dr. Ralph is an absolute joke. I went in because I have been having consistent, painful heartburn for a very long period of time. I am not even thirty, and was getting concerned. He did not even glance up from the paper he was reading one time during my appointment. He barely listened to me, prescribed me extra strength Omeprazole for three months then walked out. Horrible!! Some of the nurses, unprofessional; lack compassion and empathy. I was referred to see this doctor for my suspected IBS...consistent pain over time I called several times, the doctor refused to prescribe any medications, refused to send me for additional testing, or approve my time off. I'm going to see another doctor who I hope can rule out anything wrong with me, and if there is I'm definitely going to look into possible litigation for malpractice.
