Very professional and more importantly, very welcoming and reassuring.
I’m extremely grateful for these guys and Dr. Ralff. I needed a last-minute appointment, they squeezed me in on a Monday morning, and gave me the root canal that I unfortunately needed. They were quick, kind, and professional. Explained and showed everything really well. Everything bad about the situation with my tooth was made better by how wonderful everyone was. Again, I can’t say just how much I appreciate these guys for getting me in and for their help.
So I will tell you now I’m the first person to admit it I hate going to the dentist ! This was my first visit to Dr Ralff .. he was very kind and informative I had 2 cavities that needed to be filled and initially came in because my front tooth chipped while I was eating .. while he was doing the filling he was telling me step by step what was going on , asked if I was ok and just made the experience feel great ! Doctor Ralph and his team are fantastic. They have serviced my family for years. Wouldn’t consider going to anybody else for my dentist work. Can’t say enough about them if you’re looking for a great Family dentist Dr. Ralph is your guy
