Horrible endocrinologist and equally horrible staff. They will cancel your referral if they don't see you for a month without any notice and they will not renew your prescriptions. Dr. Rakesh was rushed when he performed my ultrasound and I am not sure I can trust his feedback. I will be switching endos and finding a physician who cares about their patients.
I’ve been experiencing horrible service with the medical assistance and prior authorization team for weeks. They keep submitting a prior authorization to my old insurance even though they have my current insurance on file. No matter how many calls I’ve made to the office and denial letters I received from my old insurance, I’m not receiving any help. Please stay clear from this office if you need a PA and NO I don’t recommend this office!
