Dr. Ford is a to the point no nonsense doctor. He does have compassion and will work to resolve your health issues. My husband and I like him a lot. He may not be for everyone, but is an awesome doctor. Yes, the front office staff could use some work and I have had issues with them. Hopefully the front office staff will improve and be friendly and not look like they are miserable.
I would NEVER recommend Dr. FORD to ANYONE! He has NO compassion whatsoever. He is the Dr. On call to sign off on dictation for the vent to be stopped on my grandfather per our family's and my grandfather's wishes and is refusing to do so because it is an inconvenience to himself. He has left my family here for hours in pure torture. If you care about your loved ones, choose a different doctor who will do their job and respect their patients and their families wishes.
Dr. Lowry takes the time to listen to what issues I'm having, then discusses the paths forward in an easy-to-understand manner.

I just visited the WellMed on Remcon, El Paso clinic last night and was treated by Ms. Wookee. She is awesome!! She called me the next day to see how I was doing and to follow up on some other treatment options. I highly recommend Ms. Wookee and the WellMed Remcon clinic.
Dr. Patel has been our family doctor for 20+ years. I like the way he makes us feel like we are important to him by taking time to talk with us and answer questions. He never rushes us. His PA and his office staff are friendly and helpful, too. Dr. Patel has helped my husband through some serious health issues. And even during a time we did not have medical insurance, his office was willing to work with us. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Patel, his PA & staff have provided excellent care to me and my family for years. We are fortunate to have them in our community.
I had back surgery and after I got back home I had a bad urinary infection. When I called my "back surgeon", his office denied any responsibility and did not help me at all. I called Dr. Patel and told him the problems and he immediately prescribed a medicine that helped the pain pretty quick and then cured the problem in a few days. Dr. Patel has always listened to me when I have questions and never acts like he is too busy to listen.
