Bad customer service at the front desk and I had to visit so often for conversations that lasted 10 mins. A waste of time. What’s the point of an online portal. I misdiagnosed on two different things and at one point the doctor called in the front admin to sit on my pap. Which is the most bizarre thing that has ever happened to me. I never went back after this experience. I was so uncomfortable.
Dr. Arora has treated my father, my family and me for 40 years. He is a great listener, always gets the diagnosis right and treats what ails me. Now that his daughter, Rachna, is on board the practice runs more modern and efficient. Love them both!!
They recently diagnosed me as a pre-diabetic and ever since then I feel as if my diagnosis isn't taken seriously. The front office gives me the run around regularly and now I'm looking for another doctor.
The doctors are ok. But the staff that works in there are rude and old lady's that hate their job. Never going back their again.
