Always not picking up call to make appointment...I'm on hold for half an Hour to make an appointment...
Horrible wait time, rude staff! Over booked doctor, they make you hold with a sick child trying to get an appointment forever. Been a patient for 7 years but time to change!
Dr. Vadali has been our son's pediatrician since birth, 2018. She is very caring and compassionate with my son. She is always available for emergencies, just a few weeks ago my son had a very high fever around 12:30am and we reach out to the answering service, and 5 minutes later Dr. Vadali called us, and directed us on what to do. It was very reassuring to have a doctor who is there when we need her. Yes, there are delays in the office, but that is to be expected from every dr.' Office.
