Dr. Ravel and all his staff are great. My mom and I both have been going to him for years. He is very compassionate and caring. Anytime I went to an appointment by myself him and his staff always asks about my mom. When I had to tell them she had passed I saw the shock and grief in their eyes. They are all great caring professionals!!!!!
I left another practice after being told I had stage 3B kidney disease suddenly. You have to know your own numbers. Dr. Raju goes over your labs with you, and gives patients a copy of lab results. If my previous Doctor did that I wouldn't have been stage 3 before it was diagnosed. DR. Raju is very detailed about everything. I am now in stage 3A and climbing.
Makes poeple wait for hours now if you don't have an appointment. They stopped taking walk-ins as early as ten thirty am, because they had a limit on how many patients they take in a day. Appointments first and that is ok ,but when along time patient comes in as a walkin because he spent Sunday evening at the Emergency room and was told by them to follow up with his doctor next day. Really good doctor to me some people I guess you just can’t please that’s why I see one stars on his Google
Doctor is great. But staff is terrible. Been trying to get a referral for over a week. Left multiple messages to no response. I would give 0 stars if I could.
