I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Agrawal, and I feel compelled to share my frustration and dissatisfaction with their services. Dr Raj used to be very kind and wonderful when he was in Shelby. He changed in the new office. I was glad to leave. New staff is very rude often forgetting to call meds in .

One of the most caring, respectful, hardworking, reliable doctors my family knows. My entire family sees him and truly respects him and his staff. He saved me during a difficult health event and got me back to health quickly. We always refer Dr. Agrawal to our family and friends. He is not the type of doctor that watches the clock and only spends 5 min with you so he can move on to the next patient. Hope to have him as our family doctor forever !!!
