I had a very very disappointing experience with her at Sherman Hospital in Elgin. During an already stressful and emotional time, I found their bedside manner to be extremely poor. She came across as cold, dismissive, and outright rude. I did not feel that me or my moms concerns were met with compassion or empathy, and the interactions felt impersonal and totally uncomfortable.
