Helped me with prostate problem when another physician was planning on taking two months longer to resolve the issue.
Terrible doctor, he doesn’t even call you back let alone have one of his nurses or workers call you back. My father is on his death bed from congestive heart failure and he is a patient of Dr. Prasad, he had called him twice, and then I called twice, no one , NO ONE called back!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I guess he just leaves his patients out to die. Do not recommend!!!!
Dr. Paul and his staff are extremely helpful and professional. Had a vasectomy done with no issues, he answered all questions, and was an overall great experience.
I've been a patient of Dr. Wilkinson's for 5 years. He treats me for ulcerative colitis, gastraporesis and hiatal hernia. Always takes his time during appts and explains everything thoroughly. Listens to me and includes my opinion in any treatment plans for me.
My visit was fine but when I tried to get a answer after hours no response I called the answering service and she said she gave him the message I Called twice I stiinever received a call
I had a negative experience with Dr. Lightcap. She cut my toe and drew blood when taking a nail sample. Also, I was told that Medicare does not cover podiatry work, so I was charged $75. Later, when I received my Medicare statement, I saw that it did indeed cover my office visit. When I called the doctor's office to inquire about this, I was told that it was a different code and separate charge. None of my other doctor's do this. I will not be going back to her office.
Numerous years ago I had my first kidney stone and after visiting three other inefficient urologists, I finally visited Dr. Delbert Kwan who is excellent! He was very patient, and at that point I had had my kidney stone for over 2 months! He diagnosed it immediately while previous doctors claimed it had passed! He is patient and thorough and explains everything about a problematic condition so it is easy to understand.
Not good. The wait time is ridiculous. Don’t trust diagnosis. Always sends you out for specialists. Does nothing in emergencies or when pain occurs. Takes forever to get messages back.
Puts unnecessary obstacles in the way of treatment. Allows his personal feelings to influence how he treats patients. Past ready for retirement.
