Waiting 4 hours to be seen, arrived for a 5 pm appointment with 9 patients still waiting to be seen. Office is unbelievably hot 90 degrees or more and stinks of cat. Office staff are rude and demanding insurance and refferal while I'm doing my blood pressure. Nonstop loud inapproprate personal conversation from office staff. Doctor was totally clueless when time to meet absolutely useless. I would have benefited more from spending 4 hours in a emergency room. I do not want to continue seeking treatment from this place.
