NO STARS! Optum cannot answer a simple phone call!
Dr Rebecca sent in the wrong order to Simon Med and and I can't get the office to send over the correct order. Been sitting at Simon Med for over 4 hours. No one answers the phone or returns a call.
Worst clinic in surprise. I’d definitely go somewhere else.
Never dishes and always takes whatever time is necessary. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. I'm so very glad to have him.
