The front desk staff is horrible!!! Sometimes you have to call 2 or 3 times before someone answers. They don't call you back as promised regarding refills, allergic reactions to medications or any questions you may have for the doctor. They need to do better. Rachel the Nurse Practitioner that is no longer there was outstanding. She definitely deserved 5 stars. However, now I'm seeing Ashley the Physician Assistant and I am very pleased with the level of care she provides. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
I have been calling the office since yesterday, gives me a recording that states this number is no longer in service.
Dr. Rethnam is a great doctor who takes his time to explain diagnoses and course of action needed. I never feel rushed when I visit his office. Have been seeing him for a few years for my annual and other checkups, will continue to see him in the future.
Dr Rajesh Rethnam, and Rachel have been very good at looking into my care. I have been here for about a year . I’ve seen people come and go in the front Jennifer was very warm and the staff he has now are very respectful. Thank you for your time efforts and service. And A big Thanks to Rachel for always having my interest at heart. God Bless you all. Five stars!
