Unprofessional, disrespectful, not knowledgeable. He expects you to self diagnose and tell him what to prescribe. The staff is rude and incompetent. You are required to pay for a Doctors note even after you pay for a visit. He treats people horribly. He is not a good man.
Dr Rana has been my Dr for many years and many health issues. He diagnosed a gallbladder not carrying stones but strictured. He worked diligently to find a group of medications for my high blood pressure and fluid retention. Once when very ill it was "closing time"and he said with kindness, " I will wait for you to help you." He is a highly intelligent man and he truly cares about his patients.
Dr. Rana has been treating me for years. I have every confidence in the world in him. He is very knowledgeable, genuinely kind and ALWAYS listens.. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. I would and in fact, have recommended friends and family to Dr. Rana's practice. :)
Approachable, confident, decisive, intelligent, interested, compassionate and caring - being able to absorb people's pain and anxieties without losing focus, treating patients as a human being rather than a symptom or collection of symptoms.
