Dr Arakal himself is absolutely amazing! I couldn’t ask for a better doctor! His office however is extremely difficult to work with, time doesn’t matter to them. I had a major thoracic surgery and 5 weeks post op my pain is still unbearable at times and having allergic reaction to meds and tell them and still 5 days later waiting for a response it’s a bit unprofessional! He listened and he made a plan and got me into surgery. I feel so much better!
I just love everything about Dr Arakal and his team who were wonderful with my whole process of the road of surgery and recovery. I can walk again and before I was out of the hospital, I knew my surgery was a success and I didnt any more pain medicine from my post op appointment on. I was treated so well by his team and I am so grateful for what they did for me and there is no one else I will ever entrust to taking care of my needs if they arise in the future with my history of bad bones...Thank you from the bottom of my hea... read more
