Have never dealt with the Dr. This is who the insurance company set as the PCP. I simply called to get an appointment for my fiancé & to see if he needed a referral to see a specialist for ADD testing. After being left on hold for 15+ minutes, the lady got back on the phone with an attitude as if my question was stupid. Gave me an attitude about scheduling an appointment on her next open day.
